"Storm At Sea".  42" x 22".  Oil On Canvas

There is a very dramatic atmosphere in this seascape painting, the sky beginning to show a glimmer of hope in the light breaking through the clouds. Wherever my travels take me, I always try to head for spots where I can watch the ocean, in all its forms and moods. Then, a few quick sketches and I'm ready to paint as soon as I'm back in the studio.
